Ibanez GSRM20 (mikro)

The Ibanez GSRM20 Bass Guitar is something I own and have been mastering for the past month.. First I will say that this bass is bought in the United States by my brother.. It was about 150 USD which is about to RM500. From the title 'Mikro', it is a smaller size and scale bass guitar.. It has only 22 frets compared to a normal 24 fret bass.. It is also
light in weight so you do not experience much shoulder aches during performances..

The 3 knobs represent 2 volume control for the 2 different pickups, the Passive Standard P and Standard J. More information on the pickups can be found at Yahoo! Answers. The other knob is used to control the tone of the guitar... its jack is fixed so you do not have to worry if the bolt may come off or loosen..

 Bolt-less socket..

The bridge and neck is adjustable following comfort.. The neck is also sanded well which makes sliding easy.. There is no friction at all and moving up and down the neck is fun and enjoyable.. Their tuning board uses metal keys for easy tuning and durability..

The sound is just like any good bass guitar.. Do not judge a guitar by its size because the GSRM20 Rocks!

By the way, behind the bass is a black colour acoustic guitar by Ibanez also.. Its just a starter guitar for RM 400 and was purchased at Bentley Music. Talking about that shop, I think thats the best place to buy a guitar or any musical instrument. Located near Ikano and The Curve at Kota Damansara, the employers of that shop know from A to Z about instruments and help you..

take care.. =)

OMG... i noticed this post is old but... i wanted to comment and i only saw this post interesting... no offense ><
but i tried mikro... the sound isn't as great as others... i suggest you try getting... fender basses... like aerodyne... mustang... at least test their sound... its sounds MUCH better than the mikro imo ><
