Subscribe to Your Favorite Websites!

Hi there.

If you notice, most of my latest blog posts today have a subscription link to my blog.

This link is for readers to subscribe to posts published by any website or blog with a condition that the website has an RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feed or post Atom.

It is always hard to keep on opening many different web sites to check new stuff and to be updated. So why not place it all in one page, looking like a Facebook Home page.

How to subscribe?

Google has a website called Google Reader to download feeds that you subscribe. From here, you can get all your news in a single page. No program download needed. It works in most of the Web Browsers.

All you have to do is:
Have a Google account to use Google Reader. Log In.

Click the subscription link open.

Click [+Google]. You will then be automatically transferred to your Google Reader.

Ta-daa. Your feeds will be coming in live.

Now you dont have to worry about remembering website links or getting lost through the world wide web.

Besides Google reader, there are also downloadable programs such as RSS Reader. Mobile RSS readers for hand phones or smart phones are also available for those on the go.

Hey, even our local newspaper, The Star has RSS.

The Star Newspaper is the best newspaper around. Be updated with the latest news through their website.

I hope this post is helpful to the online readers out there.
